Don't have a log in for Mansfield University? You can still request a room by selecting Room Request under Reservations.
Guidelines/Fees for Facility Use

Under Reservations select Room Request:
- Enter your requested date, time, facility (building), and attendance information
- Click on "find space" and select the room you would like to request
- Click on the Details button
- Enter requested services from A/V, Facilities, Police Services, or Decker Pool. You should receive an additional confirmation from them. If you do not receive confirmation from these areas within 48 hours please contact them directly.
Please be advised that your reservation request is pending approved until you receive an official e-mail confirming that your request has been approved.
- Any questions regarding parking lots/areas should be directed to Campus Police by calling 662-4900 or by e-mail at police@mansfield.edu.
Student Clubs and Organizations must make their request for room reservations through their advisor/facilitator or through Sandy Most (Student Affairs Department). Students can fill out the student room reservation form located at: http://mansfield.edu/student-affairs/.

- If your event requires Catering Services, you need to complete the Food and Beverage Form 2 weeks prior to your event

Mountie Chalet - The Hut Reservations
When reserving Mountie Chalet - The Hut, an additional Faculty/Administration/Staff Hut Reservation Request form must be completed and submitted before your request can be approved. Click here for this reservation request form. This form must be returned to Steve Plesac by email or in person/campus mail at 324 Alumni Hall Student Center.
