Welcome to Mansfield University's Event Management System

  Campus Reservation Guidelines
(rooms, parking lots, athletic fields, etc.)


Login to EMS using your e-mail address (including @mansfield.edu) and your initial/default password. Click here for printable directions.

Under Reservations select Room Request:

  • Enter your requested date, time, facility (building), and attendance information
  • Click on "find space" and select the room you would like to request
  • Click on the Details button
  • Enter requested services from A/V, Facilities, Police Services, or Decker Pool. You should receive an additional confirmation from them. If you do not receive confirmation from these areas within 48 hours please contact them directly. "Click here" for a listing of who's who in room reservations
  • If your event requires Catering Services, you need to complete the Food and Beverage Form 2 weeks prior to your event
  • Upon completion of your reservation request - click on Submit Reservation
  • You will receive an e-mail message that states your reservation has been received

Remember that your reservation is not final until you receive a second, official e-mail confirming your request.

Any questions regarding parking lots/areas should be directed to Campus Police by calling 662-4900 or by e-mail at police@mansfield.edu.

Don't have a login for Mansfield University? You can still request a room by selecting Room Request under Reservations.

Student Organizations must make room reservations through their advisor/facilitator or through Barb Morgan.
